Starter works out at £0.039/credit. Pound figures are rounded up as a guide — you pay the monthly price, not per video. The exact credit cost is shown before every generation, against your live balance.
Questions
- How is a video priced?
- 10 credits per second at 720p — half that at 480p, double at 1080p. So a ten-second 720p video is 100 credits, and a thirty-second one is 300. There is no jump at any particular length.
- What happens if a video fails to generate?
- You're not charged. Credits are set aside when you start a video and go straight back to your balance if it fails.
- Do unused credits expire?
- Monthly plan credits refresh each billing cycle. Top-up pack credits don't expire.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- We're not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Yes, any time from your billing settings. There's no contract or lock-in period.
- Why do I only get one aspect ratio per generation?
- Each format is its own AI video generation, not just a crop — so generating all three by default would triple your cost per listing. Pick the one you need first; regenerating in another format later costs the same credits as the original video.
- What quality are the videos?
- Full Walkaround generates at 480p, 720p or 1080p — all three are generated natively, none is an upscale. 720p is right for a listing page; pick 1080p if the video is going on YouTube or a big screen, where 720p reads as soft. 1080p costs double 720p. Quick Reveal is always 720p, so there is nothing to decide.
- What size should my photos be?
- Aim for at least 1280px on the longest side — that matches the 720p video we produce, so your photos are never the limiting factor. Anything under 300px cannot be used at all. Smaller photos still generate, but the video will look soft, and the credits are spent either way.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. Sign up and you'll get 200 free credits — enough for one full 20-second walkaround, or 4 Quick Reveals — so you see a finished result before paying anything.
